Become a ghost and Spread The Fear!

Your mansion has been left alone for a long time, but suddenly, peasants are threatening to take your home. It’s up to you, to get them out and make your mansion unsellable. Possess lamps and doors, scare visitors and avoid ghosthunters. In a third-person experience, where you have till sunrise to scare everyone away.

Mechanics:

Each NPC has their own fear meter. By scaring the npc, you fill in the meter. If the fear meter fills up completely, the NPC will run away. 

The NPC's also have a content meter and if that fills up completely, you lose.
